It's been revealed that the findings of the Contract Recognition board (CRB) regarding the contract(s) that Jenson Button has with BAR and WilliamsF1 for 2005, will not now be known until after the end of the 2004 season.
Earlier this week it was reported that the decision would be made public on the same day as the inaugural Chinese GP. However, the CRB has now revealed that it will sit on October 23, and announce its decision three days later.
The decision, when it is reached, is final and can not be appealed. However, it's widely thought that should BAR be successful, an out of court settlement will be reached which will see the English driver in a WilliamsF1 next year.
