In addition to a rather tasteless (in our humble opinion) 16-page pull-out, featuring pictures of the "100 greatest crashes of all time", British magazine Autosport is suggesting that the BARs will run with a revised '555' livery in the forthcoming Chinese Grand Prix.
The magazine carries an 'artist's impression' of the BAR, resplendent in blue '555' livery, stating that British American Tobacco is attempting to "maximise publicity" for the brand. The article also states that BAT is to change the livery because its 'Lucky Strike' brand is not available in China.
Contacted by Pitpass this afternoon, BAR's communications executive, Emma Bearpark, said that "there are no plans at present to radically change the current livery of the team's race cars for the China Grand Prix."
