Mark Webber is relishing his move to WilliamsF1 for 2005, a team which the Australian regards as one of the true no "bullshit" F1 teams.

"I am really, really happy," he said. "To drive for the BMW WilliamsF1 Team, next year is a big step for me and I am looking forward to the challenge of racing at the front, week in, week out.

"I am a big fan of how Frank goes about the business, and it is a real race team where they have very clear ambitions. It's exciting.

"I remember when I was doing Formula Three and all the categories below F1," he continued, "I always thought that WilliamsF1 would be a really nice team to drive for because they simply concentrate on the racing and not all the bullshit off the track. I am very excited by the fact that I am going to be working with these guys."

2004 hasn't been the best of seasons for the Grove outfit, which recently dumped its controversial nose section in its attempt to retain runner-up sport in the constructors' championship - it is currently fourth, 29 points behind BAR.

"Clearly they are underperforming compared to what they want to achieve," admits Webber, "but you have got to look beyond that and look at the people and the history that they have. You have to look at what has been achieved there."
