Jaguar Racing managing director David Pitchforth has dismissed Antonio Pizzonia's claims that there was not parity between the Brazilian and teammate Mark Webber last year, and that all the newly developed parts were given to the Australian.
"The drivers have equal cars today, just as they did before and always will have while I am in charge," he told Reuters. "Both drivers have absolutely equal parts. If we can only make one of something then we won't bring it to the circuit. I can absolutely categorically deny that there was any favouritism.
"There's a lot of hard working people at Jaguar that will be very hurt by these comments," he added.
Christian Klien wasn't available for comment.
