"Top FIFTEEN drivers within 1.0 seconds of one another. If that’s not a tight field… what is?

…but then this is FP1, not qualifying or the race. As Melbourne is a decent street circuit (as it it has many well designed real corners) it will be fascinating to see where they all are at the end of quali… and then the end of the race. This will give a great indication of who is carrying real form into Season 2024.

I am determined to be focussed and excited about on track action this weekend! (Everything else can go stick it’s head in a bucket of Aperol Spritz!)
