Ahead of his first race since it was confirmed that he will be making way for Kimi Raikkonen in 2014, Felipe Massa has warned his (soon to be ex) teammate, Fernando Alonso, not to expect any more favours.

Whilst Alonso is the unquestioned number one at the Maranello squad, on more than one occasion the Spaniard has had to rely on favours from his veteran teammate. However, ahead of this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix, as he seeks a new berth for 2014, the popular Brazilian has warned that from here on in it will be every man for himself.

"I will not race for Alonso from now on," he told TV Globo. "Right from Friday I'll be working for myself. I will attack all the time, every lap. It's come the time to look after myself."

As recently as Monza, the Brazilian, who had out-qualified his illustrious teammate when the team's slipstreaming tactic backfired (again), was ordered to move aside for the Spaniard in the opening stages of the race.

As he ponders the possibility of where he might find a drive to keep him in F1 in 2014, the Brazilian comforts himself with the thought that Alonso can expect no favours from his future teammate.

"I know both Fernando and Kimi on and off the track and I rate them as excellent drivers, but I'm afraid they will collide when sharing the team," he warned. "I told the bosses to breathe as much as possible while they still can because it will be hard for them to breathe next season."
