Renault reports that Kimi Raikkonen is fine after falling from his snowmobile during a race in Austria.

When Renault tweeted that its Finnish star was fine and only suffering from a "sore wrist", some race fans will have feared that the 2007 world champion was up to his old tricks, leaping about on yachts, or worse...

However, it soon became apparent that the incident referred to by the British team when it tweeted: "We just spoke to Kimi. There's nothing to worry about, he only has a sore wrist. He might have it checked again on Monday, but that's all..." referred to a fall during a snowmobile race.

While the Finn will miss the remainder of the weekend's racing, Renault is keen to make it clear that no real injury has been sustained.
