Josef Kral is recovering in hospital near his home in Prague this week following his high speed accident in Valencia last weekend. An accident that was virtually replicated just a few hours later by Mark Webber.

After initial medical examinations in Spain the 19-year old Czech was flown back safely by air ambulance to undergo another full body and MRI scan, which unfortunately concluded that he has stable fractures to two of his vertebrae.

The sad news is that this means that he will not be fit to race for some time, however his family and the team are relieved to hear that there has been no damage suffered to the spine, and he is due to make a full recovery with no surgery.

Pitpass, along with Super Nova sends Josef its best wishes and looks forward to seeing him back with the team very soon.
