Toro Rosso has confirmed that its 2009 contender, the STR4, will be unveiled on Monday at Barcelona, the first day of testing at the Catalunya circuit.

The car, essentially the Red Bull RB5, is being shaken down this week in a private test at Adria, with the media left in no uncertainty as to what would happen should representatives of the press attempt to gain entry for a sneak preview.

Having finished sixth in 2008, much is expected of the Faenza team this season despite the departure of Sebastian Vettel and Gerhard Berger.

Following its 08.10 photocall, the STR4 will begin preparations for the new season which gets underway less than three weeks later.
