The David Price Racing (DPR) GP2 team moves to the popular Spa-Francorchamps circuit in Belgium this weekend, for the penultimate round in the 2008 GP2 Series. The team's drivers, Diego Nunes and Michael Herck, will be looking to build on their strong runs from the previous round in Valencia, which saw both drivers take their best race results of the season.

The mighty seven-kilometre Spa circuit is still considered one of modern Formula 1's greatest challenges, a firm driver's favourite with its long straights and exciting corners. The most famous part of the circuit is Eau Rouge, which challenges the drivers to negotiate a sequence of corners flat out heading to a blind summit, a test which needs accuracy and bravery. Both Nunes and Herck have previously driven at Spa, most recently in the World Series By Renault during the 2007 season, giving them invaluable knowledge of the technical Belgian circuit.

The previous GP2 round at the new Valencia street circuit saw DPR drivers Diego Nunes and Michael Herck have their best Feature race results of the season so far. Nunes recorded 10th place and Herck 12th place at the finish. This was then followed by a spirited drive by Diego Nunes during Sunday's Sprint Race, which was rewarded with a fourth place finish and three valuable championship points. Team mate Michael Herck was less fortunate, with Andy Zuber running into the back of him at the start, resulting in the DPR car losing its rear wing. After repairs Herck returned to the track, finally finishing in 14th place.

Team Principal, David Price, commented ahead of the weekend, "We had a good weekend in Valencia. Diego scored his first points of the season and both drivers worked hard to get their respective best finishes of the season. Now we are looking forward to the challenge of Spa, and hope we can have a similar performance there.

"The Spa circuit is very fast and flowing with some great corners, most notably Eau Rouge, which is one of the most technical, and challenging, corners on the GP2 calendar. The nature of this track makes it a big favourite of the drivers, but a challenge for the engineers. There is a lot of time to be gained with the correct setup, luckily both Diego and Michael have driven the circuit before, which should assist them working with the engineers over the weekend. The 2008 season is rapidly coming to an end and with only one more round to go until the season is finished, our main aim is to score more points."
