As part of the ongoing investigation into the spy saga in Italy, McLaren test driver Pedro do la Rosa has been interviewed by a magistrate in Modena today.

The Spaniard is understood to have tried avoiding the media as he arrived for his scheduled meeting with Giuseppe Tibis, who earlier this month interviewed Fernando Alonso.

The interviews are part of the legal process in Ferrari's action against Nigel Stepney, who is alleged to have passed secret information to McLaren's chief designer, Mike Coughlan.

Since the action first began however, Tibis has widened the investigation, informing numerous McLaren employees - over the course of the Italian GP weekend - that they too were under investigation.
