13/08/2009

Davide Valsecchi (right) has left Durango with immediate effect suggesting that the Italian will head to the Barwa Addax Team to replace Romain Grosjean who is thought to be replacing Nelson Piquet at Renault.

After six rounds of the 2009 GP2 Series Championship, Valsecchi is thirteenth in the driver standings, thirty-five points behind the French driver who is currently second to Nico Hulkenberg.

Durango has yet to reveal who will partner Nelson Panciatici in the remaining races.
